  1. 1/4 quantity Basic sushi rice (see related recipe)
  2. 3 nori sheets, quartered
  3. 50g smoked trout, flaked
  4. 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into 1.5cm wide ribbons

The instruction how to make Smoked trout cucumber parcels

  1. Make Basic sushi rice (see related recipe). Place nori sheets, shiny-side down, on work bench. Place 2 teaspoons rice along centre of each sheet. Top rice with trout. Fold up nori sheets, folding in ends, to make 12 parcels.
  2. Wrap 1 cucumber ribbon around the centre of each parcel. Serve.
