  14. 2 teaspoons white sugar

  16. 2 tablespoons cooking oil

The instruction how to make Spicy meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan-forced oven).
  2. Mix all kebab ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Roll into small balls. Place on a non-stick oven tray or brush tray with a little bit of cooking oil.
  3. Bake in the oven until brown.
  4. Meanwhile, make tomato chutney: Heat oil in medium pot. Then brown onions in the heated oil.
  5. Add chilli powder and stir. Add tomatoes, sugar and salt. Stir and cover pot.
  6. Cook until chutney reduces a little and then add kebabs, cook for another 5 minutes. Allow to stand before garnishing with chopped coriander. Made from beef or lamb mince, these spicy kebabs can be served with white rice and papadums (highly recommend) or naan bread. Also a great filler for pita bread.
